RULES & REGULATIONS

  1. Minimum 75% of attendance is compulsory by the student for appearing in the examination.
  2. Students should be punctual to the school.
  3. Students should be neat and clean and be properly dressed in school uniform.
  4. Students are required to wear the ID card & bring the School Diary daily to the school.
  5. Students are not allowed to wear jewellery or carry mobile phones, camera, laptops etc to the school,If found will be confiscated by the school.
  6. Guardians willing to withdraw their ward at the end of the session will have to inform the school at least one month prior to the commencement of the next academic session failing which the school may charge full fee for the ensuing term. Students withdrawing during middle of the term will have to pay the fee for the whole academic session.
  7. All transfer certificates will be issued only after all dues have been paid.
  8. Breach of discipline, school rules or misbehavior with teachers, staff or management would lead to punishment and in serious cases may cause termination/expulsion without any show cause or explanation.
  9. Students name would be struck off the roles in the event of long absence without information or nonpayment of school fee for a long period.

APPEAL TO GUARDIANS

  1. Please send your ward neat & clean with proper uniform and on time to the school.
  2. Do check the homework assigned your ward everyday and help the child in completing it.
  3. Do check the diary of your ward daily to read the reports of the tests and other information & communication from the school and acknowledge it by signing.
  4. Do pay your wards school fee by 10 of every month, failing which a fine of Rs. 1 would be charged for late payment.
  5. For any information or discussion please contact the principal or the office only during school hours except in case of emergency.
  6. Please understand that the child spends most of his time at home with his family and so mutual cooperation of the teachers and parents is required for the overall development of the child in academics as well as physically & mentally. Do cooperate.
  7. Do attend the Parents Teachers Meeting or visit school whenever called upon by the principal or teacher to discuss about your child.
